Firefox 4.0 comes with many new features, one of which is the introduction of a App Button placed to the left of your tabs when the traditional menu bar is hidden.
For simplistic design lovers it’s too wide and unsightly, but thankfully reducing it to an ‘icon’ without loosing any functionality is a relatively made easy by the add-on Iconic Firefox Menu.

The result is far easier on the eye. Even though this can be done by hacking ‘userChrome.css’, it is simpler and more easier this way.
Go ahead and download Iconic Firefox Menu and tell me what you think.
